On September 22, Zhi Dayong, Vice Mayor of Harbin, came to our company for investigation and guidance on promoting the reform of the three systems of state-owned enterprises and safe production.

Zhi Dayong pointed out that in promoting the reform of the three systems, HAC has played an exemplary role for the city's state-owned enterprises, and has provided other enterprises with working experience for reference. Next, we will take HAC as a typical case to introduce work experience to the whole city and take this opportunity to promote the three systems of state-owned enterprises in the city to develop in depth.

At the end of the meeting, Zhi Dayong asked Liu Mingshan what difficulties he still had. In view of the problems raised by Liu Mingshan, such as road opening, bus line extension and the implementation of land transaction funds, the Municipal Commission for Industry and Information Technology and the State Administration Commission were charged with taking the lead in implementing relevant work to provide a platform for enterprise reform and development.
